Title: Senior Project Manager – Design
Location: Montreal, QC
Salary Range: C$75/Hr. to C$85/Hr.
Introduction:
Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Project Manager in the Design domain. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects (10 years is an asset)
- Experience working in large corporate environments
- Expertise in leading end-to-end IT projects across supply chain domains including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
- Strong understanding of project governance, RAID logs, and structured reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and French
- Experience deploying IS/IT Applications: HR, Engineering, Services, Finance and Legal
- Experience working on other Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS) – asset
- Experience working on BI / Data Warehouse technologies – asset
- Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of engineering-focused systems, such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Computer-Aided Design/Engineering (CAD/CAE) platforms, Engineering Change Management (ECM) tools, etc
- SAP Landscape (On-prem & Cloud) and Integration know-how.
- Data migration ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) know-how.
- OCM (Organization Change Management) know-how.
- Application Delivery and Service-Sustenance know-how.
- Experience with Client Project Online – asset
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Landscape (On-prem & Cloud) and Integration
- Experience working on BI / Data Warehouse technologies
- PMP Certification
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of projects and programs in alignment with defined standards and scope
- Lead, define, and coordinate project initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); generate comprehensive reports to track progress and outcomes
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Collaborate effectively with Architecture, Finance, Procurement, Project, and Operational teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
