Based in the lively city of Montreal, QC, this role offers the opportunity to work with FIAT Chrysler Dealer and Fleet Technicians, ensuring they achieve the highest standards of technical proficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer-specific training in areas such as electronics, powertrain, OEM scan tools, and more.
- Manage and deliver instructor-led technical training courses at FIAT Chrysler Technical Training Centers and mobile locations.
- Maintain technical proficiency and manage course registration and roster processing.
- Ensure training vehicles and tools are operational for classroom activities.
- Coordinate new model launch training and analyze data to tailor training programs for dealerships.
- Support the Training Development Team and Course Development Team as needed.
- Engage with Service Managers to optimize technical training for dealership benefits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical training or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage training schedules and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferences
- Familiarity with FIAT Chrysler systems and tools.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment.
