Title: Senior IT Project Manager – Application Delivery

Introduction
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in IT application delivery to support and drive complex initiatives across M&A transactions, carve-out activities, and business transformation programs. Prior exposure to the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on IT application-focused initiatives.
- Hands-on experience delivering M&A programs, including integrations, carve-outs, divestitures, and system separation efforts.
- Demonstrated capability leading complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Exposure to SAP environments is highly valued.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
- A formal project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent credential is considered an asset.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans covering schedules, milestones, dependencies, and defined deliverables throughout the initiative lifecycle.
- Partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors or system integrators to ensure effective coordination across all workstreams.
- Provide regular, clear, and accurate project updates through status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications for senior stakeholders.
