What You’ll Do:

Our supportive leaders are looking for talented customer service individuals that will:

  • Help Clients and advisors with questions about our products, services, policies and claims through inbound calls.
  • Analyze and find solutions to client problems in a friendly and proactive way.
  • Provide Clients and advisors with additional information on Sun Life’s products & services in support of their financial and health goals.
  • Ensure our Clients and advisors have the right information taking the right amount of their time.

  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking clients across Canada and worldwide.
  • Experience in hospitality, food and services, call center and retail are assets.

This role requires . In addition to a law enforcement inquiry and a credit check, as part of your application, the Government of Canada will ask if you lived or travelled outside of Canada for 6-consecutive months during the last 5 years, and you must account for all activities during this time.
