Position Description: The Senior Consultant is a data investigator, expert communicator, and problem-solver who serves as a global subject matter expert within the Global Total Compensation Centre of Expertise. This role bridges the gap between compensation strategy, technical systems, and advanced data analytics. You will be responsible for overseeing global compensation programs while leveraging HR technology and predictive analytics to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.

Gestion des programmes de rémunération et stratégie
- Maintain global compensation guidelines aligned with business needs and partner with regional teams to provide clarity on policies.
- Oversee the administration of various compensation programs, including annual salary reviews, profit sharing, and compensation summary communication.
- Partner with regional HR teams and Business Partners to implement effective compensation strategies and provide clarity on pay policies.
Analytique de données avancée et informations
- Perform complex analyses of total compensation packages, including salary benchmarking, pay equity audits, and incentive plan modeling.
- Implement advanced methodologies such as predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization of total compensation data.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for a variety of global stakeholders.
Systèmes, technologie et automatisation
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert to translate compensation programs into accurate, user-friendly HR technology.
- Collaborate with IT and developers to design and maintain compensation tools.
- Play detective to identify system bugs, resolve data inconsistencies, and write thorough test scripts for system enhancements.
- Propose automation solutions to streamline the administration of global compensation cycles.
Qualifications requises
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, total rewards, or HR data management.
- Global Exposure: Experience designing or implementing programs within global organizations and working with multicultural teams.
Compétences techniques
- Data Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle DV is an asset.
- Systems: Familiarity with HRIS/compensation systems; knowledge of .Net/C# is considered an asset.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English; ability to influence without authority and communicate technical needs to IT teams.
