Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Superviseur·e – Comptes recevables pour se joindre à notre bureau régional.

Vous serez responsable de la gestion des activités liées aux comptes recevables, de la supervision de l’équipe AR et du suivi des paiements afin d’assurer le respect des politiques de l’entreprise et des échéanciers.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes des Finances ainsi qu’avec d’autres gestionnaires afin de soutenir les objectifs du département et de l’organisation. Le rôle comprend également une contribution aux activités de suivi, d’analyse et de prévision liées aux comptes recevables.

Responsabilités principales

  • Superviser et encadrer l’équipe AR, organiser et prioriser le travail tout en assurant le respect des politiques et des procédures.
  • Gérer la performance de l’équipe, offrir de la rétroaction, mobiliser les employé·e·s et intervenir au besoin dans les situations disciplinaires.
  • Analyser les rapports de recouvrement et les soldes en souffrance afin d’optimiser les délais de recouvrement (DSO).
  • Mettre en place des plans d’action pour les comptes en retard et assurer les communications avec les client·e·s en cas de non-paiement.
  • Préparer et analyser les rapports mensuels des comptes en souffrance, et valider les comptes irrécouvrables avant leur radiation.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus AR et collaborer avec les unités d’affaires et les Finances afin de soutenir les objectifs organisationnels.

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme en comptabilité, en finance, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de gestion ou de supervision en comptes recevables.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer régulièrement avec des client·e·s internes partout au Canada.
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipe (atout important).
