Business Analyst - Digital Marketing

Structure : 1 year contract
Location : Downtown Montreal, QC Hybrid, 3 days per week in office
Rates : $85.00 - $95.00 p/h INC.

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our clients in a contract capacity!

Livrables

• Elicit, analyze, and document user needs, journeys, and business processes, producing clear artifacts such as process maps, user stories, and requirements documentation.
• Maintain and refine product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work based on value, effort, and risk.
• Support Agile delivery by participating in ceremonies, facilitating workshops, coordinating UAT, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Identify and define optimization opportunities, including AI-driven enhancements and mobile experience improvements, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and user-centric.

Expérience requise

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or product environments, with strong exposure to UX and customer journey design.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and backlog management within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT domains.
• Understanding of AI and analytics concepts (including generative AI) and their application in digital products, along with mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, with excellent bilingual (French/English) communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
