This role is an internal Applied GenAI Governance & Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer position focused on building and evolving governance, risk, and analysis tooling for ISG Architecture. It enables architecture teams to operate effectively in a GenAI-driven environment by embedding governance into automation, workflows, and internal tools rather than relying on manual processes. The role involves hands-on development of internal utilities, continuous adaptation of governance mechanisms, and close collaboration with architecture stakeholders to ensure scalable, risk-aware decision-making.
Responsabilités clés
- Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and services to support architecture governance and risk management
- Build automation for governance workflows including intake, triage, and readiness assessments
- Integrate data from APIs, repositories, documents, and systems to support governance analysis
- Design and implement guardrails, templates, and automated checks to enforce architecture standards
- Support Architecture Decision Records (ADR) creation, analysis, and comparison
- Enable audit support, evidencing, and exception tracking through tooling
- Collaborate with architecture teams and stakeholders to iterate on governance solutions
- Embed governance into self-service platforms and internal workflows
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, testing, and documentation
- Leverage LLMs for summarization, classification, and analysis of governance data
- Ensure strong engineering practices including testing, logging, and secure data handling
- Continuously improve governance processes based on feedback and evolving GenAI risks
Qualifications requises
- Strong experience in Python or Node.js (TypeScript) development
- Experience building internal tools, APIs, scripts, or automation solutions
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous workflows
- Full-stack understanding with ability to connect backend systems to lightweight UIs or tools
- Experience with system and data integration across structured and unstructured sources
- Strong coding standards including testing, logging, and maintainability
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices
- Understanding of architecture principles, standards, and governance processes
- Ability to analyze and manage risk across security, data, and operational domains
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications préférées
- Experience with GenAI/LLM use cases such as classification, summarization, and data extraction
- Familiarity with architecture governance frameworks and review processes (e.g., ADRs, ICAG)
- Knowledge of risk-based governance and adaptive control mechanisms
- Experience designing tools for compliance, audit, or governance enablement
- Exposure to enterprise architecture environments or large-scale systems
