A true chef de rang within the bar, the sommelier/limonadier will be present on the floor to welcome guests, take orders (drinks and food), and ensure a memorable experience centered around wine and spirits.
Ce que vous ferez
- Set up and open the bar.
- Welcome guests and take orders.
- Promote and sell wines by the glass, bottles, cocktails, spirits, and bar food.
- Participate in wine events at Boulevardier, Flâneur, and Les Cousins bar (with the head sommelier).
- Close the bar.
- Prepare cocktails in the absence of bartenders.
Ce que vous apporterez
- Energetic and customer service–oriented
- Passion for wine and spirits
- 2 to 4 years of experience in restaurant service
- Training in sommellerie (WSET Level 2 or in progress / Additional Certification in Sommellerie) (an asset)
