We are seeking aFinancialPlanning andAnalysis (FP&A)Intern to contribute toIntelcom | Dragonfly’sfinancial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting. Thisis an exciting opportunity to gainhands-on experience in forecasting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic business landscape.
Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions.
Perform variance analysis and financial modeling to evaluate performance and risks.
Develop and automate KPI dashboards and financial reports using Power BI and Excel.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytics.
Identifyprocess improvements and implement automation to enhance FP&A efficiency.
Contribute to the shift toward driver-based planning and AI-powered forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with operational goals.
Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuinga bachelor'sdegree in accounting, finance, economics, businessadministration, or a related field.
Strong intent to pursuea CPA designation.
Proficiencyin Excel,Power BI, and financial modeling.
Experience with ERP systems,AIdriven analytics and automation tool, and coding for analytics,is anasset.
Strongunderstanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ability tocreateinsightful reports fromlarge datasets and create insightful reports.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong collaboration,communicationandpresentationskills
