We are seeking aDataAnalyst Internto join our Returns teamandcontribute to advancing our volume management strategy acrossCanada.This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, operationalsupportandproject coordination, while helping deliver process improvements.
Responsibilities
Support the operationalization of return processesandqualitysolutionsbyanalyzing reports, dashboards, and datasets.
Analyze data to provide solutions for backlog management to stakeholders.
Identifyand recommend opportunities foradditionalsystem improvements.
Participate in the resolution of incidentsbyproposing actionable solutionplans.
Provide ongoing visibility to stakeholders throughdatainsights and reporting.
Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently in3rdor 4thyearofpursuinga bachelor'sdegree, or pursuing a master's degree,in data analytics, business analytics, orarelated field.
Interestorexperienceinprojectcoordination and businessanalysis.
Power BI knowledgeandstrong interest in data visualization.
Strong analytical skillswithinterest in data-driven problem solving.
