Seasonal Fulfillment Associate

The Seasonal Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders accurately and in a timely manner and ensure accuracy in inventory: physically and systemically; Other functions will include receiving product, physically moving product and staging product for the assembly process along with scheduled cycle counts. They will also support other distribution and production functions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack ecommerce orders in a timely manner
• Confirm accurate product selection by verifying orders before shipment
• Place prepared orders in designated areas to be packaged for shipment
• Support operations to ensure productivity goals are achieved daily
• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels in reserve locations
• Complete scheduled cycle counts
• Restock picking lovations when empty or low on stock
• Use various applications within our ERP software
• Organize workspace and keep floor cleared of empty boxes
• Support other Fulfillment and Production functions, including working on the assembly and packaging lines, as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to stand and/or walk for duration of shift
• Able to repeatedly lift boxes
• Able to lift up to 40lbs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Initiative to take action and solve problems
• Ability to use manual pallet jacks to move product
• Able to remove all jewelry/piercings at any time to work in Production department if needed
• Can work in environment with different ingredients and allergens (such as Dairy, Soy, Tree Nuts, Sulfites, etc.)
• Positive attitude
• Professional and friendly communication
• Proactive, prioritizes workload and manages time well
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
