Title: Client Service Advisor

Location: Onsite in Montreal

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, resolving client issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for improvement within our service operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship, Financial Services, or Service Excellence in a corporate or banking environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; disciplines such as Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing are advantageous. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Product Knowledge, Regulatory Compliance, Data Analysis Reporting, Document Management, Client Office, Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, and Teamwork.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational service support and ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
  • Resolve client problems in a prompt and effective manner, identifying and addressing enhancement opportunities during client service interactions.
  • Analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Identify process improvements to meet client needs more efficiently and provide input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
  • Engage with clients to understand and diagnose service needs, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure all client interactions, documentation, and issue resolutions comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Think creatively and propose new solutions while exercising judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
