At Techo-Bloc, our events are a key part of how we connect with our industry — from hands-on contractor trainings to large-scale brand experiences. They’re among the most impactful B2B experiences in our space, and beyond. This internship is a chance to step into that world and contribute in a real, meaningful way.

You won’t just observe — you’ll be part of the coordination, details, and momentum that bring these experiences to life.

The Opportunity

As an Events Intern, you’ll join the B2B Events team and support the delivery of high-impact experiences throughout the summer, including key upcoming initiatives.

You’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps everything moving — helping turn plans into action and ensuring all the pieces come together smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced environments. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our programs — from early planning and supplier coordination to on-site support — and see how premium B2B experiences are built from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Involved In

You’ll work closely with the team to keep projects structured, moving, and ready for execution.

Your work will include a mix of coordination, follow-ups, and hands-on support such as:

• Supporting logistics from planning through execution
• Preparing RFPs and following up with suppliers through to contract confirmation
• Keeping documentation accurate and up to date (budgets, timelines, vendor info, key files)
• Tracking inventory and helping coordinate materials needed for upcoming initiatives
• Supporting smaller activations and cross-functional projects
• Helping keep all moving parts aligned and on track

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently studying marketing, event management, or a related field
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills in French and English (due to frequent communication with employees in Quebec, Ontario, and the United States)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
