This is a highly commercial role at the intersection of Growth, Product, Lifecycle, and Culinary.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising strategy

  • Define weekly merchandising priorities across recipes, add-ons, and bundles

  • Determine what products are featured, promoted, or deprioritized

  • Partner with Culinary to shape menu composition (premium vs core, add-ons, variety)

  • Develop clear campaign themes tied to menu and customer demand

Pricing & promotions

  • Develop and test pricing and promotional strategies (bundles, thresholds, offers)

  • Balance revenue growth, conversion, and retention impact

  • Work with Growth and Finance to ensure strong unit economics

Onsite experience & UX

  • Define merchandising requirements and customer experience goals for the menu and checkout journey

  • Partner closely with Product and UX to improve discovery, upsell, and conversion flows

  • Contribute to experiment ideation and prioritization to improve AOV and conversion

  • Ensure merchandising priorities are clearly translated into the onsite experience

Campaign planning & alignment

  • Lead weekly and monthly trading / merchandising planning

  • Work closely with brand on product strategy and translate into clear briefs for Lifecycle (CRM) and Growth (paid media)

  • Ensure a clear brand and consistent execution across onsite, email, and acquisition channels

Performance & insights

  • Analyze product, menu, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities

  • Build simple, actionable reporting to inform weekly decisions

  • Use data to continuously refine merchandising, pricing, and promotion strategy

Who You Are

  • 6-10+ years experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or growth roles, ideally in DTC, grocery, subscription, or retail, with a track record of driving AOV, conversion, or revenue growth

  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset. Able to identify what will drive revenue and use data to inform decisions

  • Experience with merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategy, and translating insights into clear, actionable plans

  • Effective cross-functional operator, able to work across Product, Lifecycle, Growth, and Culinary to drive outcomes

  • Comfortable in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and experimentation, and a focus on measurable impact

What You Can Expect

  • An annual base salary of $110,000 to $120,000

  • Hybrid work arrangement with the opportunity to work from either our East Vancouver HQ or Saint-Laurent, QC facility.

  • An energetic, inclusive workplace where your voice matters and your contributions drive real impact

  • Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

  • Exclusive food perks that let you experience our amazing products

  • A culture that celebrates innovation, encourages professional development, and supports work-life balance

  • The opportunity to be part of a certified B-Corporation making a tangible difference in sustainable food systems
