As part of the PAPM Modernization program, the project to set up the Group Insurance Data Counter (CDAC) was launched to meet the operational analytics needs of the business sectors.

This project aims to integrate data from several legacy systems and the new group insurance system into a cloud computing environment supported by the Movement Data Platform based on Azure technologies and to make them available via a data counter under PowerBi.

The project is conducted in iterative delivery mode, allowing for the delivery of value to users with each iteration.

We are looking for a Senior Developer to support the project until the final delivery scheduled for 2027.

Responsabilités

• Support project managers in the identification and application of solutions.
• Analyze system components, functional and non-functional specifications, change requests or technical problems encountered.
• ETL analysis and development
• Configure Data Ingestion Pipelines from Source Systems to the Appropriate Data Lakes
• Participation in the valorization of the data and the configuration of the data counter (configuration of dimensions/facts) according to the established data model
• Participate in loading data into tables
• Processing and documentation
• Data profiling (tools, approaches)
• Perform unit tests
• Participate in production releases
• Provide technical support to operations following production launches and follow up on problems with project managers.
• Ensure and update various databases and recommend any improvements to optimize their quality and efficiency.

• Knowledge of source code management and deployment platforms such as GitHub/GitHub Action, Concourse
• Experience in data projects
• Knowledge of Azure data storage environments (DataStorage, DataLake, Blob Storage, Azure Datafactory, Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics)
• Knowledge of Power BI (Desktop, Service and gateway components, etc.)
• Knowledge of architecture patterns/principles: Object-oriented, Cloud computing (IaaS – CaaS – PaaS – SaaS – iPaaS), Domain Driven Design DDD (asset), Application resilience, Events
• Asset: Knowledge of security principles/protocols such as SSO, Auth0, SAML, OpenID, JWT, oAuth2, ABAC/RBAC
