Your Role

We are seeking a learning and development expert who is a systems thinker with demonstrated experience in leading product learning strategy and customer education within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

As a leader of large-scale strategic learning projects, you will partner with business leaders, HR / L&D colleagues and technical subject matter experts to design, deliver, and scale modern learning solutions that enable the success of employees, clients and partners alike.

What You will Be Working On

• Evolving Tecsys' product and customer education approach, by leading the design and execution of product learning strategies and curriculum frameworks for our comprehensive software ecosystem, architecting learning journeys that support multiple audiences (customers, internal teams, and partners), job roles and moments of need (from onboarding through continuous upskilling).
• Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure product education is aligned to implementation approaches, customer needs and Tecsys' go-to-market strategy.
• Introducing innovative and digital-first learning approaches that include leveraging AI to develop and scale curriculums while enhancing individual learning experiences
• Translating organizational priorities into learning solutions that strengthen capabilities while applying performance improvement and instructional design best practices.
• Continuously evaluating and improving product training based on learner feedback, adoption data, and business / customer impact metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 6-8 years of L&D experience, centered on digital-first / AI-enabled instructional design approaches.
• Proven experience leading the design of product training strategies and curriculum frameworks for complex software ecosystems in a tech environment.
• Experience building or scaling customer/partner education programs, academies, or certification models for software (ideally in SaaS).
• Strong stakeholder management, influence and program management skills.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and critical thinking.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
• French is an asset.
