- Previous experience as a Data Analyst with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and can propose ideas and concepts.
- Familiarity with data governance concepts of cataloging, ownership, lineage, and data quality
- Experience working with global teams in multiple locations ideally in the finance industry
- Express and influence complex ideas and deliverables in a simple way with clear benefits
- Is a structured, highly organized individual with the ability to self-manage, work with a level of ambiguity and has a pro-active approach
- Focus on fostering an inclusive environment that welcomes diverse perspectives
- Ability to understand technical solutions and apply them in similar situations; though not a coding position, the candidate needs to be able to work at an API and configuration level
