Our client, an extruded plastic products manufacturer,, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.
- Manage all customer communication - quotes, orders, and updates - rapidly;
- Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive sales and ensure no missed opportunities;
- Handle difficult conversations and complaints to find win-win solutions;
- Maintain careful records and follow internal workflows for quoting and data entry;
- Be the liaison between the customer and production/logistics to guarantee on-time delivery;
- Build long-term relationship of trust through reliability and consistent follow-through.
Exigences
- Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, etc.;
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales in a manufacturing/industrial business environment;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations with professionalism;
- Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to processes;
- Asset: Familiar with an ERP or order management system;
- Bilingual (clients in Ontario).
