Title: Senior Technical Integration Lead – Enterprise Networking & Security

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid, 1 day onsite)

Salary Range: C$80/Hr. - C$90/Hr.

Duration: 2 Years

Introduction

The role is a client-facing technical leadership position responsible for driving the successful design, integration, and delivery of complex enterprise networking and security solutions for external clients. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, this role partners closely with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and third-party vendors to translate business and security requirements into scalable, secure, and operationally sound solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10 years in enterprise networking and/or security roles (engineering, architecture, or technical leadership).
  • 5 years leading complex, client-facing technical integrations in large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a primary technical contact for external clients.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in regulated, high-availability, or mission-critical client environments.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, CISSP, CISM, Azure/AWS Security).
  • Experience in consulting, systems integration, or managed services environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical integration lead for enterprise networking and security engagements.
  • Architect and integrate end-to-end enterprise networking and security solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead technical delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and client teams.
  • Collaborate with client CIO/CDO organizations, network, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet contractual, regulatory, and security obligations.
