Contract

Leading multi-discipline teams in business transformation initiatives to align cross-government and/or cross-sector programs and services with our client to ensure the web is best utilized as a platform for service delivery, using our client’s citizen-focused, evidence-based approach for web and service design.

Description du poste

  • Creating the Service Strategy and a plan to deliver on the Strategy to transform the business from the ‘as-is” structure to the “to-be” structure.
  • Addressing the organization’s executives including ADMs and Executive Directors; is a compelling and persuasive presenter.
  • Providing advice, recommendations, and options; requires effectively communicating and obtaining the Strategy and user experience approaches with executives and senior management.
  • Providing mentoring on service design approaches and methodologies to team members during projects; may provide formal user experience/service design training and develop appropriate training materials.
  • Demonstrating the highest level of experience, knowledge, and skills in all five service areas of Design Research, Information Architecture, Content Development, Prototyping and Strategic Planning

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience producing and working with design pattern/asset libraries.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with government-led decentralized identity software solutions.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with government-led Identity management common services
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with cross-functional agile teams to understand detailed requirements and align the needs to product vision and user needs

Exigences

A degree in Service Design/Digital Design/Cognitive Psychology/Market Research, a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent relevant experience doing service design work. In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed Consultant(s) have the following additional skills and experience:

  • The contractor is expected to be proficient in creating / re-purposing product development tools such as materials for co-design sessions, research plans, data summaries, paper, or other lo-fi prototyping materials as needed to achieve results.
  • Led research planning and goal setting collaboratively with government staff to complete service mapping for complex deliverables such as identity management.
  • Experience in leadership, communications, relationship building, and project planning skills. – Experience with current methodologies and design thinking with a strong focus on improving services for citizens and stakeholders.
