We’re partnering with a major international gaming company to find a talented Global Work Accessibility and Consultant. This remote role supports globally, with an initial engagement of 10-26 weeks. The position offers flexible, part-time/retainer-based hours and focuses on embedding accessibility into workplace policies and practices worldwide.

Responsabilités

  • Drive initiatives to improve work accessibility and inclusion across global offices.
  • Develop and implement strategies for international accommodation policies, ensuring alignment with local legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and managers to provide training on disability inclusion and workplace accommodations.
  • Engage stakeholders to promote awareness and support for accessibility initiatives.
  • Manage projects independently, maintaining progress and adapting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven expertise in workplace accessibility, including built environment considerations and global accommodation policies.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, with a focus on inclusion.
  • Experience training and advising HR teams and managers on disability and accessibility issues.
  • Familiarity with accessibility laws and regulations across different countries, including France, Canada, US, and Asia.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
