Position Description:

The HR Knowledge Management Specialist enables effective and consistent HR service delivery by designing, curating, and governing access to global HR content, processes, and tools. As a steward of CGI’s HR operating model, this role ensures accuracy, standardization, and quality across enterprise HR documentation and practices.
Working closely with SBU HR teams, Centers of Expertise, and GBS H2R, the role drives alignment between documented HR standards and operational execution, oversees governance cycles (including document currency and approval workflows), and supports continuous improvement of HR processes and service models to enhance Partner experience and operational efficiency.

Vos futures missions et responsabilités

  • Manages and curates high‑impact HR content, tools, and resources to support effective HR service delivery and global operating model adoption.
  • Ensures usability, accuracy, and relevance of the central HR knowledge repository, and supports enablement initiatives such as updating global HR documentation, standards, and processes.
  • Maintains and governs global HR policies, processes, and guidance materials, ensuring consistency across SBUs and alignment with the Global HR Business Model.
  • Organizes, updates, and optimizes HR content platforms to ensure clear navigation, easy access, and consistent interpretation by HR teams and CGI Partners.
  • Supports HR enablement programs by responding to inquiries from HRBPs, COEs, and regional teams, and by ensuring they have access to accurate and up‑to‑date guidance.
  • Monitors usage, adoption, and effectiveness of HR knowledge assets through reporting, feedback, and continuous improvement cycles.
  • Contributes to strategic HR initiatives by assisting with research, analysis, and development of content that supports global HR governance and operating model evolution.

Qualifications requises

  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent degree and/or HR related certifications.
  • 3+ years of experience managing HR content, knowledge repositories, or process documentation, or communication including working with HR stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Previous experience in communication or marketing, an asset
  • Previous experience in an HR Department, an asset
  • Experience with MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Human Resource areas of expertise
  • Proficient in the English and French Languages (written and spoken)

Rémunération

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,–$,., This role is an existing vacancy.
