The Lead Advisor in Organizational Development, Skills and Leadership is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating initiatives to improve skills and leadership within the organization.

This strategic role requires a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, market trends, and best practices in skills development and leadership.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement skills and leadership development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Design organizational development strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Design, develop and implement effective HR practices and orientations to foster organizational development in business sectors.
  • Identify skills and leadership gaps within the organization and develop action plans to address them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the key competencies and behaviors needed for the organization's success.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on skills and leadership development.
  • Provide individual and group coaching to executives and employees to strengthen their effectiveness and leadership.
  • Assess the impact of development initiatives on organizational performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor market trends and research in skills development and leadership to stay at the forefront of innovative practices

Qualifications :

  • University degree in a relevant field such as industrial psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience (10 years) in skills development, leadership coaching or related fields.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of theories and practices in organizational development, change management, and leadership.
  • Ability to analyze data and use performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of development programs.
  • Professional coaching certification or other relevant certifications (an asset).
