This is the job for you! We are currently looking for a Records Management Clerk for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you :

  • Hourly salary of $21.
  • 8-month contract with the possibility of extension.
  • Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
  • Weekday schedule from 8 : 30 am to 4 : 40 pm.
  • On-site work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Organize client files by sorting them into categories for destruction, legal hold, and imaging.
  • Scan the categorized documents and accurately upload them into Salesforce, verifying the completeness of data.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail to properly segment and prepare all documents for offsite storage.
  • Organize documents systematically and logically for easy retrieval, while adhering to the companys records retention rules.

What you will need to succeed :

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness in handling critical information.
  • Excellent organizational skills to establish and maintain a systematic and logical filing system.
  • Proficiency in using scanning equipment and uploading data into Salesforce or similar software.
  • Proficient in basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors, providing updates on work status, and collaborating on objectives.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs / 22.7 kg and stand for extended periods.
  • Possession of an insurance or mutual fund license is considered advantageous.
  • Experience in sales operations, process management, or documentation management is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is considered advantageous.
