The position is a mixture of hands on and hands off Data Center based work, with the role revolving around Data Center infrastructure.

Responsibilities include : Sourcing, preparing and installing equipment into Data CentersDocumentationOrganising and coordinating with smart hands at remote sitesInstalling and maintaining Servers and Networks within Data CentersTroubleshooting Hardware at a 1st / 2nd Line levelWorking with vendors and service providers for implementation of new servicesManage warranties with OEM’sProviding support for 3rd parties Core skills required : Experience working in Data Center environments, both as a DC Engineer and as a PM / vendor liaison expertBroad Systems and Network based experience Linux, Windows, Virtualization, NetworkingExperience troubleshooting HardwareAbility to travel to the US and parts of Europe where required (circa 10% travel time) Please apply ASAP for more information.
