Sommaire du poste

The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the rollout of new product lines and feature releases on the site and across associated digital properties, developing marketing messaging and materials to all existing clients, employees and prospective clients (to be issued via SalesForce, Autopilot, etc.). Communicating all planned promotions, and product pushes to the customer success and sales teams weekly in meetings. Developing and launching talking points and scripts to assist in promoting the program benefits, new product lines, and special promotions. Managing and directing all subscriber acquisition and referral programs.

Essential Functions

  • Support the sales and customer success teams in meeting their respective goals and in executing the campaigns
  • Responsible to increase engagement and revenue from existing and new clients
  • Manage and direct the rollout of new product lines; marketing messaging and materials via SalesForce, Autopilot, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.
  • Manage the UI/ UX for client acquisition (B2B) and program support
  • Direct all efforts in support of trade shows including pre-show communication, on site presence, materials, events and post-show activity to assure goals are met
  • Support the sales team with email content, materials, product information and onboarding materials, support and promotions to increase early adoption and program use
  • Maintain and ensure all sales collateral is up to date in active market

Qualifications

  • SalesForce experience and or a similar marketing automation tool is a must – e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Autopilot, etc.
  • 5+ years marketing experience – B2B and B2C
  • Prior work experience within the SaaS companies is a plus
  • Experience supporting a sales and customer success team
  • Experience in marketing for advertising or eCommerce product
  • Proven results increasing brand/product awareness, sales revenue and acquisition

  • YOY client growth
  • YOY revenue growth for existing clients
  • New client acquisition and revenue
