ServiceNow IT Asset Management Consultant (ITAM/HAM)
Need to Work from Montreal Office 3 Days a week also would need Montreal Local Profiles Only who can come to office for F2F Round of Interview
Job Description – ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Specialist
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform with strong scripting capabilities (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities during platform implementation or upgrades.
- Ensure CMDB alignment, data integrity, and consistency across asset and configuration records.
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing platform support and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation, adhere to best practices, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
