Our challenge We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead QA to drive quality assurance processes across complex Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have deep platform expertise, strong automation skills, and the ability to lead a QA team while engaging with technical and client stakeholders. Responsibilities Test Strategy and Process Ownership - Define, document, and improve QA strategies for multi-org Salesforce environments - Develop QA processes, templates, and standards - Author test plans and cases aligned with requirements - Establish quality gates across development stages Test Execution and Coverage - Lead functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing - Validate configurations, custom development (Apex, LWC), and API integrations - Support basic admin tasks for test environments Test Automation - Maintain and extend UI automation frameworks (UTAM, WebdriverIO, JavaScript) - Write/update automated scripts, manage test data and reporting (Allure) - Use Git for source code management - Prioritize automation candidates Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis - Track and analyze defects, conduct RCA - Collaborate with developers for issue resolution - Report quality metrics to stakeholders Team Coordination - Manage QA team daily operations - Review results, provide guidance, ensure QA standards Client and Stakeholder Engagement - Act as QA SME in client interactions - Communicate coverage, risks, and release statuses - Participate in project ceremonies Requirements - Deep Salesforce platform knowledge - SOQL skills - Hands-on UI automation experience (UTAM/WebdriverIO) - REST API testing experience - Salesforce tooling proficiency - Ability to evaluate Apex test classes - Experience with QA documentation and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) - Salesforce Administrator certification - Strong communication skills - Experience in regulated environments (asset) - Salesforce CI/CD pipeline exposure - Basic Apex testing skills We can offer - A multinational organization with 60 offices in 20 countries and the possibility to work abroad - 15 days (3 weeks) of paid annual leave plus an additional 10 days of personal leave (floating days and sick days) - A comprehensive insurance plan including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long term disability - Flexible hybrid policy - RRSP with employer’s contribution up to 4% - A higher education certification policy - On-demand Udemy for Business for all Synechron employees with free access to more than 5000 curated courses - Coaching opportunities with experienced colleagues from our Financial Innovation Labs (FinLabs) and Center of Excellences (CoE) groups - Cutting edge projects at the world’s leading tier-one banks, financial institutions and insurance firms - A truly diverse, fun-loving and global work culture SYNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
