As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the maestro behind our online presence, our CRM and all things digital. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll contribute to promoting brand awareness and you’ll own the growth of our pipeline by using a variety of tactics to successfully reach, capture, engage, convert and nurture our audiences.
We are looking for a dynamic go-getter, fluent in SEO, SEM and marketing automation, with an in-depth knowledge of data and analytics.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in building multi-touch targeted campaigns and optimizing website experience for conversion and possesses a keen eye to identify trends and opportunities.
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Spiria, you will :
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential customers;
- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives;
- Manage website and optimize on-page and off-page SEO techniques for increased organic traffic;
- Develop, manageand optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (Search, Display, Re-Marketing, etc.) to maximize ROI;
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline workflows;
- Create and optimize automated email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns;
- Segment and personalize marketing communications for different target audiences;
- Use reporting tools and analytics platforms to track KPIs and ROI and provide insights;
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook & LinkedIn).
The keys to your success :
- Proficiency in SEO / SEM strategies and tools (, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO software);
- Experience with marketing automation (preferably with HubSpot);
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role with a strong track record of lead generation and conversion;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas;
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing;
- Experience managing a website and working with a CMS;
- Experience in UX / UI - a plus.
