Role : - SFDC DevOps Lead

Work location : Montreal (H3B 4N4), Quebec : CA-MTR / Office Location

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management and support the end to end release process
• Ensure all Salesforce updates made seamlessly move from development through staging to production
• Document and advocate adoption of our continuous delivery / continuous integration processes and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Snyk, SonarCloud)
• Responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing strategies for continuous delivery of Salesforce applications
• Drive increased efficiency across our agile teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
• Continue to develop and improve our monitoring and dashboards for the Salesforce platform
• Manage incidents and outages within the Salesforce platform and handle production support in general.
• Coordinate with Salesforce support to resolve sandbox / production issues
• Support project to BAU transitioning and help establish changes
• Impose support processes between Salesforce BAU and stakeholders

Requirements :

• 2 years) Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
• 3 years) Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and XP
• 3 years) Experience in Continuous Integration Tools (Git, Azure DevOps Pipelines)
• 2 years) Experience in Windows and Linux Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• 1 year) Experience working with overlapping product release cycles
• Strong teamwork skills, ability to learn quickly, excellent written and spoken communication
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Problem solving skills
• Skilled in Java programming.
• Experience with SalesForce Apex programming language
• Technical writing, documentation, and reporting skills

Nice to have :

• Experience working with a BAU team
• Knowledge in code scanning tools like Snyk and SonarCloud
• Experience with programming languages (Java, C#, C++)
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Knowledgeable with ITIL practices
• Certifications (Salesforce, Scrum, ITILv4)
