We're continuing to grow and looking for a Marketing leader to spearhead our growing team while building a strategy to reflect our marketing opportunity and competitive landscape to help us scale. Reporting to the CEO and Co-founder Steve Gendron, the VP of Marketing will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring effective strategies for attracting and engaging brand and retail customers. They'll lead the Marketing team in both strategy execution and increasing awareness of the ENDVR platform in these brand and retail spaces. They’ll partner closely with the VP of Revenue to align this execution with the needs and goals of the Sales and Client Success teams, tracking and reporting on campaign performance and using those results to iterate on their strategic plan.

What You'll Do
- Design, implement and monitor an overall marketing strategy and programs aligned with ENDVR customer personas to attract and engage new brand and retail customers across multiple channels
- Identify key segments to address and create a plan to position ENDVR as a mission critical software for brands and retailers in these ares
- Define and track key performance indicators, analyzing data to evaluate marketing campaign performance while identifying opportunities for growth and driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop an integrated go-to-market plan, fostering alignment on messaging, positioning, and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Implement post sale programs to foster the adoption of best practices designed to help brands and retailers achieve the greatest value from the ENDVR platform
- Manage and develop the existing marketing team, hiring additional resources as the company grows
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to understand how customers use the ENDVR platform, building out resources for knowledge sharing, product education, and industry insights
- As a key member of the ENDVR leadership team, provide regular feedback to the group, highlighting achievements, challenges and recommendations for future marketing initiatives
What You've Done
- 5+ years of experience leading a marketing team at an early-stage B2B SaaS start-up
- Experience driving marketing strategy in an industry with a high barrier to technical adoption & engagement
- Experience marketing to brands and retailers is a nice-to-have
- Demonstrated success in building and executing market strategies that drive customer adoption, platform usage and revenue growth
- Experience developing and leading a team of marketers, guiding them through implementation and measurement of marketing strategies
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing performance
- Experience with SaaS marketing best practices and an ability to synthesize industry and customer information to create a best in class marketing strategy
- Executive-level presence and communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and persuasive messaging
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
- Ability to structure and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, drawing insightful conclusions from it and using that data to effectively share progress towards goal achievement
