This position requires a presence at our office located in St-Laurent, Montreal, one day per week, depending on operational needs.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator’s responsibility is to work with the Marketing Director and Product Managers in leading the execution of brand initiatives, in managing budgets and to collaborate as a marketing liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Product Manager

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing programs and provide support to the sales and marketing department.
  • Key go-to-person for the management of internal data bases along with the preparation of analysis reports for the marketing and / or the key account commercial teams.
  • Maintain tracking of sales and day-to-day management of budgets for multiple brands (including opening PO’s, processing invoices and reporting on financial status).
  • Support development of comprehensive business reviews by conducting analysis and research.
  • Coordinate projects with outside suppliers, including logistics for the company’s participation at events (e.g. conferences, conventions) as needed.
  • Participate in brand management by conducting competitive market analysis.

Candidate Profile

Required

  • College degree in marketing, science or related discipline.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and interest in Marketing and Financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe.

Asset

  • Experience in an environment such as marketing, research, educational or legal.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
