Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Production Chefs, we’d ask you to do the following for us : Coordinate and prepare a large volume of meals daily following several different menus and conceptsEnsure appropriate portions and presentationPlan production, delegate tasks and manage kitchen staffControl and recycle surplus productionAssist with assessment of food requirements according to the menu and inventory, ordering the necessary commodities according to operational standardsComplete production sheets and / or registerControl the quality of commodities as soon as they arrive and rotate the stockPlace ordersAdhere to the budgetEnsure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety standardsAssist with service provision as neededThink you have what it takes to be our next Production Chef?
