JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the marketing project manager, the marketing assistant assists the marketing department by carrying out the administrative follow-up necessary for the well functioning of the department.

The chosen person will enjoy teamwork and will demonstrate resourcefulness, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm. As a Marketing Assistant, your main responsibilities will be to :

• Optimize and update the website;
• Help with the creation of presentations and documents;
• Upload content for the company's websites and social media;
• Collaborate in the realization of the activities of the Marketing plan;
• Help with the management of the Tradeshows and Events;
• Offer support to the sales force if necessary;

Perform any other related tasks that may help in the realization of the projects.

Skills and Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or Communication;
• Experience considered an asset;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English;
• Good teammate, collaborative, able to multitask;
• Proactive and resourceful, able to recommend solutions and solve problems;

Highly organized and detail oriented.
