Job description

Provide Level 2 / 3 Hardware / OS / Desktop Migration Support-Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects-Develop and evolve strategies for various technologies to address changing needs-Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues including a strong understanding of the operating system-Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.

Strong understanding of the Windows 10 environment-Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 issues both software and hardware related-Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment-Must be organized, innovative and able to self-motivate-Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail-Strategic and creative mindset-Able to work alone and as part of a group-Must be able to perform tasks in a timely manner and provide reportingNice to Have-SharePoint-Web Design - HTML / CSS / JavaScript-Jive-ServiceNow-PowerShell-Jira and Kanban board experience (Agile)-Mac experienceFinancial clientHybrid role (2 days to the office)
