Previous experience with ICI ground up new build or renovations experience is a must have. In-depth knowledge of construction industry including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, construction law and building codes, and safety and quality management practicesAbility to read and interpret building specifications and blueprints.

A strong background in commercial construction, with experience and understanding of the owner side of a construction project is a preferred.

The ability to navigate a project from concept to occupancy - programming, site selection, design development, permitting, RFP and construction.

Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to interpret job cost reports.* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, etc.
