Your role as Manager, Strategy and Integration

Reporting to Benny Axt, Vice President of Strategy, you will play a critical role in the identification, assessment, and management of initiatives that support Dialogue's growth strategy.

Corporate Strategy (50%)

• Work with leadership on the interplay between strategic goals, annual strategic planning initiatives, budgets and quarterly objectives planning processes.
• Support a robust and comprehensive process to identify and evaluate new programs and innovation opportunities, which includes a rigorous idea generation and screening process, that will bring hypotheses and decisions to the Dialogue management team.
• Build strong internal partnerships and external relationships that ensure seamless transitions from program / innovation conceptualization to actualization.

Integration (30%)

• Partner with business leaders before, during, and after partnership or M&A processes to ensure that deals make strategic sense, fit with the forward-looking business plans, and are integrated smoothly and fully optimized.
• Drive day-to-day integration execution management, including development of integration plans, coaching cross-functional teams, managing weekly integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution.
• Develop key tracking metrics aligned with transaction value drivers and synergy plans to drive performance management with accountability for delivering synergy targets.

Transformation (20%)

• Bring clear strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging client, member, operational and organizational questions.
• Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design execution of projects and programs to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency across Dialogue’s core business.
• Develop detailed plans for implementing the new system or process based on the needs identified in the business case.

We'd love to hear from you if you have :

• Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or integration / transformation experience
• Track record of managing integrations and / or transformation initiatives
• Strong operational and financial modelling skills
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent academic profile with additional qualifications desirable (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP, etc.)
