Job Level

NV-08As a Communications Advisor - Change Integration, you help promote the organization’s projects, policies and programs by designing and developing communications and sharing them within Desjardins Group and with its members and clients.

You help establish and promote the organization’s online brand image by creating, managing and updating social and digital media communications and serving as social media community manager.

You advise clients and partners to help them with small- to medium-scale print media initiatives. You develop tools, methods and processes.

Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.

You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business.

You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes

Help clients manage internal Desjardins events

Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans

Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports

Negotiate contracts with preferred external providers, define initiatives and supervise employees on site

Other working conditions

Work location : Montreal or Levis, depending on the candidate's preference. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid

Temporary work : scheduled to end on March 1, 2024

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
