AutoCanada Collision Centers is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing team! This leader is passionate about Collision Centers and genuinely motivated by leading and coaching a team to success and curating exceptional experiences for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing the Collision Centers strategy while providing leadership to new and experienced Collision Centre Team Members.

The Role
- Provide mentorship to collision team members
- Train on writing comprehensive estimates and supplements aligned with OEM repair procedures
- Train the team members on parts process to ensure proper workflow
- Provide training on world class customer service and communications
- Work with collision teams to develop plans for proper workflow throughout the repair process
- Train and Support Collision Teams on Quality Management
- Provide training on Workflow Management
- Assess Technician Efficiencies and Workflows
- Develop training programs for production staff
- Train and Support Teams on Level Scheduling
- Provide feedback to Collision and Regional Managers
- Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate Collision Centers goals and expectations in a manner that ensures team member success
- Travel is required
- Speaking French is a requirement
What You Bring to the Table but we’re totally flexible for the right person
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Collision Centre Estimator, or Production Manager role Is of benefit.
- Experience using Collision Centre's systems is a requirement
- Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service.
- Lean six sigma training is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets.
- Results-driven and career-focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team development, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills
- Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
