• Support assigned operational initiatives and work closely with SIAM and project teams while governing the activity scope End-to-End
• Liaise internally with Service Delivery Managers and SIAM managers to bridge effective communication between 02 teams
• Own coordination, scheduling, reporting and executive updates across multiple BAU projects
• Owning and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects and escalate to senior leadership as and when required
• Support employee onboarding process and act as a liaison with the Human Resources department and operations team for better process alignment
• Oversee Workplace Compute (WPC) services provided by suppliers, ensuring that WPC team is supporting adequately to business, reviewing invoices, and validating delivery of WPC services.
• Manages relationships with client groups and stakeholders across the Business Units to understand concerns while conveying service delivery outcomes and expectations.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a university degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• You have an ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge.
• You operate at advanced levels of authority and manage significant activities and resources to produce, and take responsibility for, results.
• You have experience with strategic planning, stakeholder management, and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units.
• You have excellent communication skills and a strong personal commitment to quality service.
• You have experience developing and presenting communication material to a senior audience designed to inform, persuade, develop consensus, and drive decision making.
• You have 5 years of project and program management experience in an enterprise compute environment.
