What YOU Will Do
The MarketingCoordinator will support the Qualifications and Proposals team in the writingand editing of bid documents and marketing materials.
He / she will assist bycorresponding with stakeholders, producing various marketing materials,responding to requests, and performing other related tasks.
As a key member of ourteam, we will rethink construction together, from idea to completion. Everywhere.All the time. Period.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather required and relevant information from various stakeholders to write and format marketing project sheets for the Qualifications and Proposals team.
- Ensure that project information is complete and centralized for the better operation of the project sheet process.
- Update the data collected in the various collaborative platforms (SharePoint and Salesforce) on a regular basis.
- Manage your own project schedule.
- Contribute and produce Salesforce reports.
- All other related tasks to support the team.
What YOU Will Bring
- Previous experience in administration or marketing.
- A College degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to coordinate projects.
- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.
- Very good knowledge of software such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and ability to learn new ones.
- Knowledge of InDesign an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills and work with a team-oriented attitude.
- Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential as marketing materials are required in both languages and the team is located across Canada.
