Job Role : Integration Support TechLocation : Montreal (Office Attendance from Day 1 Hybrid Mode)Description : To assist with projects involving user experience and desktop integration within the environment including documenting and remediating / escalating any issues encountered.

Must be able to work both solo and with colleagues / groups.Responsibilities

• Interfacing and engaging with engineering teams and peers to create solutions using existing technology
• Strategizing, planning, and developing a holistic approach for large scale technology implementations
• Technical planning and execution of technology deployments for ongoing projects
• Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects
• Develop and evolve strategies for various technologies to address changing needs
• Analyze project data with Microsoft Excel and other internal tools
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues including a strong understanding of the operating system
• Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams
• Ability to create step by step instructions aimed at end users
• Able to manage a list of issues and drive to closure
• Gather and parse data to create reports and metrics

Required Skills

• Ability to communicate and write professionally by all methods (email, phone, text, etc.)
• Ability to support users in a professional manner
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the Windows 10 environment
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 issues both software and hardware related
• Basic understanding of various technologies, network, windows, telephony, etc, Jira and Kanban board experience (Agile)

• Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• SharePoint
• Web Design - HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• PowerShell
• Understanding of macOS operating system
