Job description
Responsibilities :
- Support large ETS vendor deals and financial allocations
- Work with senior management and business managers on vendor deal funding
- Develop a post contract execution & documentation process which would include deal specifics, allocation methodology, license tracking, etc.
- Participate in quarterly net licensing position true-up-Facilitate software pool deployment tracking
- Develop, analyze, and present findings in response to senior management requests
- Display strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of managing & reporting
- Demonstrate good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in vendor management including involvement in contracts & internal allocation of financials
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and strategic planning ability
- Exceptional attention to details, highly organized and goal oriented
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Ability to work across functional disciplines and with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks
- Demonstrates significant discretion and respect for confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project and general MS Office skills
