Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with users, stakeholders, peers, and team members
• Lead user research (interviews, usability testing, etc.)
• Create product designs, expressed as low and high-fidelity prototypes
• Ensure the great overall product usability characteristics
• Mentor junior UX colleagues

What we are looking for :

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, backed by a strong professional portfolio
• Insatiable curiosity and infectious excitement about UX
• Eloquent and passionate when speaking with users and stakeholders while being an ambassador of our Products, Mission, and Values
• Highly accountable; takes ownership and drives sense of urgency
• Driven, self-starter; comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
• A healthy level of skepticism and an analytical nature : ability to quickly absorb and analyze unfamiliar information to make decisions that are supported by sound evidence

Nice to have :

• Experience leading a team of UX Designers and working with external design agencies
• Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field
• Understanding of engineering and construction workflows and the technology landscape used to deliver infrastructure projects
