Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our product development team at .

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to :

• Ensure the delivery of projects within the hours and schedules and according to the requirements agreed in the scope;
• Prepare the sprint planning using the Atlassian Jira Cloud suite based on the pre-planning meeting and validate / adjust it with Team lead;
• Oversee and manage project schedules and hours;
• Manage change requests, corrections and outstanding project items;
• Analyze, mitigate, and track project risks according to the release plan;
• Help the project manager to prepare the report to the management team on the evolution of the work performed and the status of the projects;
• Measure the quality of project deliverables;
• Ensure the follow-up of the work elements of each iteration in agile mode (Scrum) with the help of the development teams;
• Participate in daily team meetings (Scrum Meetings);
• Participate in version planning and capacity review meetings sprint retrospectives .

• Your bilingualism (French-English) in speaking and writing;

• Your command of the Office suite (MS Project and Excel);

• Your ability to foresee potential challenges in a project plan and prepare adjustments accordingly;
• Your openness to working with various people, cultures, skillsets and motivations;
• Your ability to complete activities when your project is not always the priority for all team members;
• Your Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or your equivalent professional experience;
• Your experience in managing large and / or critical projects (between 2 to 5 years of experience);
• Your experience with speaking to stakeholders and delivering project visuals that communicate positive and negative project insights;
• Your experience in managing multidisciplinary teams;
• Your experience with the Atlassian Jira Cloud.

What are the assets that would make you stand out?

• A PMP certification, Scrum Master certification or Agile certification ;
• A good understanding of the ecommerce industry.
