Talent Acquisition Advisor

Digital Dimension is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our passionate Human Resources team. You will be called to collaborate in the management and implementation of a dynamic and effective recruitment strategy in a highly competitive field.

You will also have to contribute daily to recruitment and networking. Interviews, hunting (head hunting, not duck hunting), networking and smiles will be your daily routine.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the whole recruitment lifecycle : advertising, sourcing, participating on selecting candidates, extending offers and providing feedback;
• Use social networking, job boards, events, career fairs and networking to build and maintain relations with potential candidates;
• Act as a ambassador of Digital Dimension, in collaboration with our marketing team, to ensure building a reputation as an employer of choice in the marketplace;
• Maintain our recruitment system up to date;
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a positive and smooth integration process for all our new employees.

Qualifications and skills :

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment;
• Experience in the VFX or gaming industry is a significant asset;
• Capacity to work multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously;
• Member of the Ordre (CRHA, CRIA) is an asset;
• Attention to details, rigor and good organizational skills;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Bilingual;
• Positive and enthusiastic approach.
