YOUR MISSION Physical management of materials (including inventory management) : · Prepare the lists and deliver the kits including all the materials necessary for the manufacture of a costume, a costume item or a semi-finished product- Manage inventories (Materials and tools)- Perform cyclical counts, analyze discrepancies and reconcile them- Participate in the development and storage of materials- Update inventory data (type of supply, minimum quantity to order, type of inventory management)- Return unused components, materials and / or tools to the store and tool store· Request and follow the transfer of materials between the store and the warehouseManagement of requirements and signals (monitoring of material needs) : - Participate in team meetings to capture relevant information on required materials- Analyze the needs on the adequate stock levels concerning the materials required by the cores- Execute reservations of materials- Request changes in quantities of materials in self-service- Report and track missing materialsReception and shipping of costumes / semi-finished and raw materials : · Carry out the physical reception of the goods coming from the suppliers / subcontractors ofraw materials, semi-finished and finished products.

  • Perform all transactions necessary to comply with our C-TPAT accreditation- Perform all necessary tasks to meet the requirements of the entry inspection.
  • Help with packing, boxing, shipping of costumes and customs books duringpickings. YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE - DEC in fashion design or administration, operations management option- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related work- Physical capacity to deploy a daily effort related to the movement of material (7 kg and occasionally more)- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and Outlook)- Mastery of Gerico or other management software, SAP and Sharepoint- Ability to organize, schedule and plan- Analytical skills to identify and find solutions to common problems related to this position- Teamwork skills- Good stress management and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders in the workshop sector- Fluency in French, both oral and written- Functional level of English To keep pace with the creation, production and distribution of our products, our employer proposal is unique.
