Profile : Our client is a manufacturer of building materials sold to distributors, construction companies and retailers and is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and coach a sales team.

We are looking for a hands-on Regional Sales Manager who will be in field coaching and guiding their salespeople 4 days per week.

Salary : Base $90,000-$110,000

Commissions / Bonus : $30,000 annual bonus

Car allowance : Vehicle and gas card provided

Expense’s reimbursement : All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Functions :

• Assist on sales calls with salespeople
• Answer special pricing requests from team members
• Activity management coaching with salespeople
• Conduct regular targeted sales meetings
• Conduct regular 1 on 1's
• Participate in calls with Key accounts
• Participate in calls with the A&D community

Requirements :

Development vs Maintenance : 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office : 80% vs 20%

Languages : French and English needed

Education : College degree or equivalent work experience

Training : On the job training provided

Overnight Travel : Less than 15% overnight travel required

Years of experience : At least 5 years in a sales management role necessary
