Missions and Responsibilities
This position would cover "Regional" tasks as well as "Localised" tasks and for this purpose would be based in Anjou, the main HUB of the Eastern Region.
The candidate may have to travel occasionally.
One part of the role of the Coordinator would be to alleviate the work of the present Supervisor team as well as to give clerical assistance to the Chemist in Anjou in dealing with the Spec Gas orders and cylinder management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Production Coordinator has to :
Maintain the training program up to date (Constellation)
Make Requisitions for various plant purchases.
Manage the return of SPG cylinders.
Manage and document the Intelex Quality Complaints.
Manage the IMS Monthly tasks.
Maintain and publish the Plants KPI's.
Assist the Plant Supervisors in various tasks.
Participate in Internal audits to identify and correct gaps.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
Compile and distribute production related DATA required to manage the plants.
Other tasks.
Competencies and Profile
REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :
Diploma : University degree
Training : Computer skills
Knowledge : Chemistry, industrial chemistry and processes, bilingualism, MS Office, written and
oral communication skills.
Experience : 1 year in the sector of activity.
